Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was warm, but I'm getting acclimated. Today was the first ride with Peggy. I think we got the routine down. We ended up going to OTR and played it from ear, from there. When we regrouped, we decided to go up to the Alpine Forest. We regrouped at the top of the Banducci wall. We went at our own pace. Being that I had to wait at the top, I decided to put in digs on the climbs. This was more or less the case for the remainder of the ride. Suffice it to say, I was able to push it to my max on the climbs. So, I got a good workout despite the regrouping routine. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. Add that, to company, and the mind was sufficiently occupied. Balance and form felt good. I able to practice it while cruising on the easier parts. Ailments, next to none. A hint of left back soreness. I was worried. Before the ride started, I thought I over-stretched my back while working on the bikes. Fortunately, it was just a small warning sign. It never escalated, nor detract. Gear is working well. The mountain bike seems to be shifting better. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
