After rode to Lava, J, and Lee wanted to go for an epic overnighter. I suggested this route and it did not disappoint. I lost my drivers license somewhere in between Morgan and Henefer. We rolled into Echo reservoir super late, setting up camp in a picnic area. We told them we rolled at an unholy hour and had merely been resting there. The camp managers were not happy with us, because there were "No Camping" signs posted in various locations around us. I blame Lee for getting us in trouble because he slept on top of a picnic table. We grabbed a big breakfast there at the main office and trudged our way around East Canyon and over into the SLC valley in some gnarly heat. Lee rode home with me and I drove him home.
