EDIT: As of winter 2026, there is a closure on NF-93, about 7 miles NE of the 25 due to a washout. I haven't seen it so I don't know if it's possible to hike-a-bike around it /EDIT. A stunning SW Washington ride, mostly on very nice pavement with few cars. You'll have multiple opportunities to view Mt. St. Helens and one really good shot at Mt. Hood. The entire section on FR 93 is a single wide lane, most of surprisingly smooth pavement. There are two significant sections of gravel on the entire ride, so 28mm tires are the minimum recommended (and 32mm would be much better). The first section is just after you complete the big climb on FR93 and is about 4 miles long. It is small gravel (not the big chunky 2 inch minus stuff) and is pretty compacted but there are some ruts every once in a while that can take you by surprise once you build up some speed so you should proceed slowly. The second section is about a half mile long on FR 90 just before you reach Lower Lewis Falls and the gravel is a bit nastier (generally because it's looser and the grade of the road goes up and down a lot over very short distances), but you have much less of it. The elevation profile on this ride is off by about 1,000 feet (you'll really have closer to 5,200 feet of climbing). There's a store at Eagle Creek (about 12 miles before you get back to Lower Lewis Falls). Otherwise, there are no services along the entire route. Cell phone coverage is also very spotty (at least for Verizon).

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time.
