1st time this season with 122mi training ride. Paced well and finished without major suffering. Little saddle fatigue, but a lot of chaffing on left side. Right side felt great and could have gone on much longer. Added Enzo at 76 mi and it helped, but damage had already been done. Relief creme does not appear to be good for long rides. Try Enzo next time. Feet did great, no hot spots, but some discomfort in arch area. Was able to climb LC hill with energy to spare. Pacing seemed good, but really need to step it up a bit more. Ended with 14.7 mph avg, would like 15 to 15.2 for Total 200. Took 4 SportsLegs at start and mid-ride. Not sure they helped, but legs felt much better at end of this ride than the 105mi ride 2 weeks ago. Winds 10-15 mph NE made for very tough going up to Gettysburg, but helped a bit on the return.-at least on some stretches. Was quite hungry, PowerBar and Smoothie at Taneytown helped, but think I need something more substantive. Personal record on the climb.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
