Paul Douglas Snowy Fat Bike Ride 2-21-25

Farley 9.6. Mostly bright and sunny, cold at the start - 16 degrees, gradually moving up to 27 by rides end. I started the ride at 9 am, finished around Noon. Only saw one other fat bike out on the trail, no hikers. 11 deer spotted.

Started out on the West trails, took the paved trail (neh, ice) over to the East trails back to the trailhead. With the sun and temperatures rising, the snow was getting soft over the last hour. This was probably the last good ride for this snowfall, should be a lot of thaw and melted snow over the next few days.

Good hard workout over 16 miles, stopped at The Assembly for a burger after the ride.
