铁箍棒 Iron Staff

7/10 low stress. 10/10 for suburban adventure. Offshoot from Fanno Creek trail. Cool new (to me) cutty alt to Bonita into Waluga Park. Iron Mountain (Iron) through Lake O and to Stafford (Staff). Take another new cutty to some trails down Cooks Butte and then a spin out descent on the busy Stafford. It’s not for long until there is a bike lane. On climb up Boreland without a bike lane there is at least a median, allowing for traffic to safely pass - the other direction is not so kind. Lots of climbs where even with 19 gear inches I was found lacking. Some of these climbs even pushing the bike up successfully is an accomplishment.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
