20200516 Ride from my house to Jamestown and finished before it got to hot

Rode the CAP2CAP (https://www.virginiacapitaltrail.org/) from my house to Jamestown to stop at the Billsburg Brewery as they where open since yesterday. Planned to have my pit crew of one come and pick me up (Petra) 😁🚴‍♂️ While I was riding the CAP2CAP I met up with a paralyzed veteran from the waist down and he was riding a hand crank bicycle. What an inspiration of we do not know how good we have it. This guy was riding with his wife and bless her and he was kicking my butt to stay up with him on the flat ground and down hills as he was going 20 mph+ most of the time, I usually caught up on the hills Had a great talk with him when we got to Charles City Courthouse area. Very positive person and an inspirations to stay healthy and get out and enjoy nature. The governor all some place to open as stage one, so Cul's Courthouse Grille (https://culscourthousegrille.com/) was open for business following he rules and Billsburg Brewery (https://billsburg.com/) which was my treat at the end of he 48 mile ride that wore me out.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
