Difficile de tenir dans la puissance et les rpm demandé à cause du vent, de la variation de terrain
Pour tenir i2 à 100 rpm pas evident car c'est un bon rythme quand il n'y a pas de gènes (vent, variations de terrains, faux plats...)
Pour i3 , plus facile a etre régulier dans les montées a faible dénivelé (3-4%) mais toujours au dessus.
Dès que ca grimpe plus , toujours au dessus de 300-350 watts voir plus même avec le plus petit braquet.
Conclusion :
J'ai fait de mon mieux pour me tenir aux maximum le plus proche de l'objectif d'intensité (puissance) et rpm mais difficile d'y rajouter l'objectif de FC.
Autre contrainte qui m'a géné, cest le mode entraînement sur le compteur qui offre seulement une vue . Donc pas de visuel sur les autres données intéressantes (rpm, cardio, vitesse, moyennes...) . Visu seulement sur la séance et objectifs paramétrés...
Les jambes m'ont piquées.
Manque d'habitude des séances.
Difficile d'être linéaire et régulier dans l'effort.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
