The scale of this drawing is what makes it unique. At 10 miles across, it is the largest drawing and took the longest time to ride of any drawings I’ve made so far. This huge work crosses the Potomac River twice (Chain & Wilson Bridges) and the Anacostia River via East Capitol St Bridge. It took me 9 hours from start to finish, with actual riding time of 5 3/4 hours. Karen B. rode with me from Godzilla’s nose to the top of his head. This drawing incorporates roads, streets, major highways, bike trails, and one short off-road segment through woods on Godzilla’s arm, near S. Kensington St.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
