Clean Energy tour and rail trail

Rode to the Conants house on Main street in the rain, spent two hours on a tour, then did a ride on the rail trail after the tour as it got warmer and sunnier. Forgot to start recording until about a mile on the rail trail, so I probably rode another four or five miles beforehand. My back spasms were still happening a little. My psoas hurt a little, but my hammy was ok. I think my seat is a little low. Didn't have very good wind going up Lawsbrook, I am really out of shape! But, it was the gravel bike so it was heavier, with the pack on the back.
