Goin' Against Your Mind

First track in the "You In Reverse" series and #2 trek in the YIR cataloguing.

Perfect title: Tendency is to be an overthinker out there (making future plans, what to tell my therapist, etc.), so went with a more meditative approach over the 5+ hours (found a sanskrit mantra morning of to keep repeating, focused on breath, tethered hydration and fueling to a guideline clock rather than treating them as mileage reward). Miles 52-54 were a little incline-tough, but found second wind eventually. Left 40 minutes before TempAdero Express Rides and their 6-man peloton caught me about 2:20 into ride as truest test of the Rabbit & Greyhounds Group Ride concept. Saw 1 tarantula... Good to see Whole Hog again...

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
