Au retour, sur le chemin Saint-Simon, rendu dans Saint-Canut, je roule sur la piste cyclable. En pensant être sécuritaire, j'attrapes ma bouteille pour boire mais voilà qu'une voiture se pointe en sortant du Tim Horton. En panique, je lâche ma bouteille pour freiner en urgence et en même temps, la conductrice m'apperçois et freine avant de me couper le passage au complet. J'ai donc le temps de l'éviter! Je tourne à droite pour passer à sa gauche et retourne vers la rue pour récupérer ma bouteille qui roulait vers la rue. Elle est dans la rue avant que je l'attrape mais reste sur le côté et donc je suis en mesure de la récupérer. Je repars après que la voiture ai quitté. Le pont Canuta du rang Saint-Rémi étant fermé, je passe par Saint-Simon pour aller rejoindre le rang Saint-Rémi. À l'aller, je monte le viaduc de la 50 en 2/4 et assis. Des Sarcelles/des Perdrix+ et 1 fois le tour en haut. Vitesse et puissance moyenne à Saint-Placide: 27,6 Km/h, 158w (vent de face). Vitesse et puissance moyenne sans le cool down démarré au coin du rang Saint-Rémi/chemin Saint-Simon: 28,2 Km/h, 167w. Avec 27,3 Km/h, 156w. Pmoy-max 20 min: 192. Pmax: 534w. VO2max: 39. 12/125

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
