Première expérience de Carole dans le C. J'ai apperçu Carole plein de fois et elle est allée plusieurs fois à l'avant du peloton! C'est excellent pour sa première fois dans le C!! Une belle amélioration. De mon côté, malgré mes jambes fatiguées de mon entraînement d'hier, je me suis tenu pas mal à la tête du peloton. Le dernier 30 minutes est un peu plus pénible, la fatigue se faisant plus sentir, mais j'ai quand même réussi à faire un bon sprint à la fin, démarré juste au bon moment (genre dans le 20 dernières secondes) et je crois avoir été en mesure d'arriver dans les premiers. Carole et moi avons jasé un certain moment après l'activité, comme toujours, dans la bonne humeur et la rigolade. C'est extrêmement agréable!! VO2max: 51. Passé au niveau 13. Passé de la position 20 à 19 pour le kilométrage.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
