Sur Zwift avec Carole. Les supers mercredi JZQC, catégorie D (60minutes): 45,7 km, 60m + 15m45s, élévation: 70m, 816 cal, pmo: 177; pma: 430; bpmmo: 134; bpmma: 156. 8m de réchauffement (avant Zwift) et 15m02s de recupération (dans Zwift). J'ai passé la majorité du temps en tête ou avec les cyclistes de tête. Carole a fait un très beau travail et s'est maintenue avec le peloton et même avec le groupe qui s'est détaché du peloton! Félicitation! Je l'ai appelé après et on a jasé pas loin de 45 minutes! VO2max: 51 (Wow et re-wow! Mon plus haut à vie, que je n'aurais jamais cru atteindre!). Passé au niveau 10. Moi et les cyclistes de tête, y compris Carole, avons formé un groupe d'environs 15 cyclistes et nous nous sommes détachés du groupe principale jusqu'à 40 secondes en avant (personne ne voulait ralentir malgré les demandes à cet effet). L'une des organisatrice nous a suggéré d'aller dans le groupe C si nous voulions rouler plus vite! Mon sprint de fin a été très très intense!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
