California trip 2010

Left Eugene Oregon on March 31 2010 to go to Redding California. Stayed over night. Went to Russell day long saddle makers on the 1st in the town of Shasta lake. Saddle got done at 5pm. Left Shasta lake at 5pm on the 1st. rode down to Rancho Coukamonga California. Got there at 4 in the morning. Visited buddy. Then left midday to go to Oceanside California to visit parents.

Then on the 5th of April, I left at 3am from Oceanside California and headed back home to Eugene Oregon. I arrived home at 7:30 pm. Over 1,000 miles in 16.5 hrs.
I got snowed on , hailed on , and rained on from the Oregon border all the way home. 5 hours in a down poor.
Over all. great ride.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
