home to Olalla

Great break in the weather so I planned for a 2 hr plus ride in lieu of spin class. Then the power went out at 8:00 and stayed out until 4:00. Even though we have a back up generator, I kinda want to be home when it is running. So the time kept slipping away until it was almost 3 and I had to be home at 4 as we had a Christmas gathering at Dan and Tracy's at 5:00 Decided to go for speed and elevation as I did not have time to do a long ride. Finished on Banner hill road by Olalla Bay

Since it was going to be short, I went to L2 from the start. Trying to validate battery useage at L2 for preparation of Pikes Peak. Ended at xx %

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
