颱風遠颺,出門運動囉~ 週遭還有在騎車的大概就是原本有騎車的那些人,其它人好像都在瘋跑步了,其實耐力型運動的種類還真的很多,除球類外,其它應該都算是了吧? 試著交叉運動真的很棒,也比較不會枯燥,對身體的肌力與協調性都有相當助益的~反正運動是自己的,也無法誰影響誰呀!! 哈~ 最近因小朋友關係,對桌羽球也有點小趣,呵呵~~ 下午風還真大,沿路側風不小,還好我只注意rpm,只是在員南路上破輪補胎花了點時間~~TCR SL2也該去榮哥那調校保養了~ 至少飛輪最大盤要上得去才行!!對肉腳的我,少一盤真的差很大!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
