Hark, The Herald Hermit Speaks

Titled after the third track to Chris Robinson Brotherhood's 2017 album, "Barefoot In The Head", this pedal is Trek #3 of the BITH series.

Commandeered from Bicycle Adventure Club (BAC) Level 3B Ramble scheduled for later in mid-February and as rostered here on RwGPS, this pedal is actually scheduled for Day 2 of that event, but I chose it because Day 1's ride is 9-miles longer and if I was intending to ride all of them in a series, I wanted the inaugural to be shorter (for some odd reason, that's my state of mind right now about routed rides...).
Don't think I've ever been on Willow Creek Road, so that was a treat to be exposed to something new. And I can't recall Peachy Canyon Road ever being that pristine and quiet. A stellar ride; looking forward to tackling this series, getting in a few more before the actual group shows up to explore...

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
