L2C Day 7/8

Day 7: Sunday was spent having a lie in and then pottering around Tours - I went to the Cathedral and lit a candle for granny, went to an exhibition on jonathon de Andrade at the chateau, went to the museum of fine art and went to a flea market. Ben and I then went for a drink and a kebab and had a very early night!

Day 8: Monday we set off from Tours, but the eurovelo 3 route isn’t established at this point so it was a long and boring flat journey down an A road to rejoin the eurovelo. We stopped in a nice town and got some chips and carried on along - stopping only once more for our pre prepared sammies, and some blackberries. Arrived at campsite at 5 and now just at swimming pool.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
