GPS CONKED OUT FOR A BIT BUT IT WAS A 'LOOK AT THE WORLD' KINDA RIDE

I wanted to do 60+km and 800+m of elevation.
I use 3 GPS trackers...GARMIN EDGE 500, STRAVA PHONE APP & RIDE WITH GPS PHONE APP. Both Strava and Ride with GPS stopped at some point. I think when I was taking pix.
At Horseshoe Bay I noticed the issue and resumed tracking. In the end Garmin sez I just managed 60.94km at 833m.
Friday night and the afternoon was hopping. Harmony Arts Festival by the waterfront in West Vancouver and the restaurants were joyful.
My sister tells me that when I went out the back door a big Bruin came onto our front lawn to check out the berries. Friday night and everyone is enjoying Happy Times

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
