Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather today was a bit hot, in the mid to upper 80's with some clouds. The winds were from the North West. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel today. Out the gate, my legs felt ok. But through out the ride, I just wasn't quite feeling as strong as usual. Perhaps it was due to the weathe conditions. I'm down to about 135-137 lbs, so I've lost some body mass over the past few weeks. I want to keep it around 142ish. I have to adjust my diet. I've been looking online for recipes for athletes. I'm thinking high protein, carbs, some sugars and good fat. Back to the ride. My concentration was probably the best of the ride. My balance was a bit off. I just didn't feel like I was in that zone of symmetry. I'm not sure why because I didn't adjust my shoes since the previous ride. Again, I think I lost too much weight. The interesting thing about today's ride. Although I just didn't feel as strong as usual, I flew up banducci, making the summit in about 36 minutes. Perhaps I burnt too many matches getting out to SS. Otherwise, it was business as usual. I kept myself as close to the zone as possible, making sure I take my provisions regularly. I ate my power bar at the top of Banducci and then the other half of the bar after CVR summit. Ailments were mostly negligible. My right knee was mildly sore, but felt more like soreness from general exhaustion. Gear is working fantastic. No mystery clicks today since I've greased the threads on the pedals. Other notes, they are repaving the main blvd on SS. The road was closed after the tunnel. I thought I was going to be able to cross through by going on the sidewalk, but that wasn't the case. I had to do a U-ee, and go back the way I came. When I tried going over the new pavement, I noticed that my tire started to absorb some of the tarmac. I tried using my debris tool and it worked great. My only complaint is that it may be a bit too thin. But cupping it and cleaning the wheel both on and off proved to be successful. There is some road construction going on in Pelliser. Another notation, the bike lane they created on CVR near Boss Hogs was not complete to the little kicker going across route 202. I thought they did. I guess I was mistaken.
