London Canal and Highlights Tour

Tour includes, riding along Regents Canal east to the Olympic Grounds, then south to the river, great views of city from Trinity Buoy Wharf, riding through Canary Wharf. A ride along the river bank towards Tower Bridge, going through St. Katherine's dock. Crossing the river at Tower Bridge we ride past Borough Market to Waterloo and the Banksy Tunnel. Back across the river we ride on Westminster Bridge and then up to Buckingham Palace. From Buckingham we may go up to Hyde Park, then Regents Park and home to Highgate.

Good to start early in the morning, riding time is about 3.5 hours but really need 6-7 hours to enjoy it with all the interesting places to stop and take photos!

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
