Dundalk Greenore Carlingford Omeath Cycle Route to Newry

I started off from Dundalk . I decided not to go to Silent Valley as it was too far . I know it was only 80KM but if anything happened ? So I think that maybe it is a small bit far , so I think that one is a bit out , really . But I stayed on the Free State side of Carlingford Lough and went along by the sea or river and went that way and it was really beautiful. A lot of it wa along by the sea . When in Carlingford I decided to have a pint of Beamish which was lovely , and the meal so I was stuffed . I was going to go to Newry on the Cycle Lane so I had not got to avoid any 40 Tonne trucks . In retrospest I am glad I did not go to Silent Valley because I might have been stuck for time .
