Oil Country (Awesome Adventure)

What an AWESOME route. Thank you @Josh Barker who posted this route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/46715237. The route is varied surfaces, A lot of climbs, no long boring straight sections. Hardly any people around. Plan enough water, food, tire repair. I had PANARACER Gravel King X1 700x45 with tubes, 22 psi, performed perfect. There are a lot of chunky sections. Only ride this route when dry. At least 48 hours after last known rain, If it is muddy, there will be sections that will not rideable=hike a bike. It is a big day. We found a lunch spot down by the river. Enjoy this gem of a route. A must do, we will return next year. In fact, this will be an annual route.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
