It started out cloudy but became sunny by the end of the coffee shop, which was very appreciated given the (initial) temperatures. A number of people underdressed and this, plus the small group, may have contributed to our briskness. YYZ says it was 13C-16C (11am) and then 18C at noon. The nice trail section along the Go line at Rutherford & Confederation was still "closed" at the lower end (as it had been two weeks ago) and once again we portaged our bikes around a bit of fence to get in to the trail. This time the brief gravel section had some mud from recent rain, but it still beats Peter Rupert's hills (and subdivisions, I remember when they were only partly built out). Keele kind of sucked (surprisingly, it's usually not terrible on a Saturday) but what can you do.
