Waterford Double Cross

Twice across the river, tho once on White's Ferry. Dan loves this ride in April (no idea why) so off we went. Not really in shape to ride with others but I hung in there for about 18 miles then had to stop and get my heart rate down. Caught up to the group at Mile 20 (biiiiig downhill). Stopped again just before 25 to stretch and the group rode off without ever looking back ;-) ... Caught up AGAIN when they had a flat, then stuck with the other three the rest of the monotonous way (how do people ride the 184 miles of the C&O and not die of boredom???). Very nice day, temps in the 60s. w/Dan, John, Adrian

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
