西川越-ＣＲ-日高-物見山-鎌北湖-高麗川 35km

日高から巾着田を経た北西に、物見山から権現堂方面に向かう林道 清流線がある。その内 4kmは平均勾配 10%、最大勾配 18%超 ほどで、電動アシストでも中々息が切れる。酷暑の間は高齢者運動禁止で２ヶ月近くのお休みだったが、ようやく涼しさが見えて、久しぶりのサイクリング。川越-入間サイクリングロードはヒガンバナも満開で楽しかった。（巾着田のヒガンバナは人で一杯なので素通り）久しぶりの鎌北湖は満水状態、釣り人で一杯、廃墟となった旧YHが湖面に寂しく影を落としていた。
後日（10/5）に同じコースを走ったところ、日高在住の50歳台のサイクリスト（この辺は何度も走っている）と出会い、10日ほど前に熊を見かけたので注意するよう助言頂いた。おまけにこの山中コースをズーッと同行して頂きました。おかげ様で安心して走れました。ありがとうございました。
ちなみに、見かけた場所は写真４、坂戸方面を見渡す場所付近だったとのことでした。

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
