Very Fast ride for me at this time in my training. The killer was not being in the right position, losing contact the chasing down the break away to bridge the gap. It was a great workout my hardest of the year! I was surprised I could put out the wattage that I did. This old man still has some spark in the legs. I will be hurting tomorrow, I can already feel it. I also had o readjust the saddle position, back just a tad and adjust the tilt for the rear rail drop by about 3/4 higher in the rear. I think I got everything dialed in now. Muscles that had not been put into play are now! My PowerTap did not transfer data to my Garmin so no power data but I do have it on my IBike power meter AP 159, NP 229, MP 701 my highest all year by over 150 watts!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
