A drive to and around Noto peninsula.

We finally dcided that it was time to visit Noto peninsula in Ishikawa prefecture, a trip that we kept putting away.

We got in our car and drove to and around the beautiful peninsula wild camping by the sea, swimming during the day and drinking local sake and eating fresh fish in the evenings.

Our trip started in Saitama. We drove through Gunma, Nagano, Niigata and Toyama prefectures until we entered Ishikawa. On the way back we took a different route across Northern and Southern Japan Alps through Toyama, Gifu, Nagano and Yamanashi prefectures until we finally reached our town Chichibu.
