Another day of February Fiddys so the rule must be followed: Get on the bike if it's not raining. This time took the Surly out since the WTF is disassembled awaiting new parts, and it was in fact the right call. Surprised to find some snow still on the ICC Loop trail at around 4.5 or so and again a little farther along. Successfully navigated that without incident. Nothing particularly remarkable about this loop other than, yeah, it's a loop. Did avoid the Gude Drive awful paved trail by riding the extra wide sidewalk along MD 355, which was ok since it was well before rush hour. Also managed to miss the School Mom Shenanigans by starting before school let out and finishing after the moms were done. (Does anybody ride a school bus any more??) After heading back north the route doesn't go near a lot of schools as it's mostly light industrial and 'hoods without nearby schools. Legs felt good and were appropriately tired at the end. Not a long enough ride to discover what the contact points have to say about things. Supposed to be even warmer tomorrow, soooo...
