Falcon Flow Loop (data incomplete)

RWGPS quit for some reason. Completes mileage is 5.4 on Falcon Flow, starting at the stock tanks at Sand Flats Rd. mile marker 7. Rode 3 slow miles uphill on the rough road back to vehicle. 8.4 miles. Falcon Flow is on the hard end of intermediate, a Blue+ trail. Technical. Lots of abrupt changes in surface; a mix of rough slickrock, sand, broken steps. Some mild exposure to heights, great views in all directions. Definitely travel west. Going east would be twice as hard. A shuttle would be ideal. Sand Flats has good views but it's an uphill, washboard-surfaced grind back to the trailhead. A couple hours of pedaling.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
