Geneva-Montgomery Mixed Road & Trail Ride 3-08-26

Checkpoint. Sunny & Bright, warm - 56 at the start, got up to 60 by ride's end, very windy from the Southwest @ 12-18 mph and gusts up to 32 mph. Gorgeous Spring-like day with tons of people out hiking, walking and riding.

I rode from the house up to St Mary's Park then back through Geneva and jumped on the FRT down to Montgomery. Rode back North and moved over to the Virgil Gilman Trail, returned to the FRT on Downers Rd. Finished up riding through Fabyan FP and Geneva. No speed records today but plenty of climbing, good mileage and riding time over 3 hours.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
