50’s starting out and 90’s coming back. Breeze out of the SW outbound and a slight tail wind coming back. Heat began after ARTIC Bus Depot. By Green River it was bucking the 90’s. Ate too much wild grains and oats and too took in too much honey and electrolytes water on top of it so guts were fighting all that the rest of the way home. Average speed was just under 20 mph on the way out despite some 2 restrictions. The zone 2 workout was the first 2 hours and after that I jumped a fella on a full blown time trial bike and sat on his draft for about 5-6 miles @ 27-30mph then dropped off to go back to zone 2 then lightly zone 2-3-ed the res of the way to Balboa. Insta360 Go Ultra lost power at Balboa. 20,000 mAh power bank didn’t seem to want to stay on. I’m at homes now. I’ll check it out after I get showered and hydrated.
Strong ride. The digestive upset knocked off almost 2 mph on my average. I think I finished with 17.1 instead of 19.1 at Yorba Regional park.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
