P2P&B Day 4

Plumas to the Pacific and Back, Day 4: Eureka to Redway.

This was the day we were all looking forward to, actually arriving at the Pacific coast. After an easy twenty mile spin to the cool town of Ferndale, we headed up Mattole Rd toward the Lost Coast. The views we encountered were even more spectacular than any of us had imagined. After turning back inland, we passed through the little towns of Petrolia and Honeydew, where we met some friendly locals. We then headed South through Ettersburg and Briceland before arriving at our destination of Redway. It was another late evening, but at least we didn't have to be sagged.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
