I was at a Karate Tournament and it was a lot of standing from Judging so lower back and legs were very tired, it was later than I had hoped it to be, as always took more time with new cameras set up, airing up tires and installing the batteries for the lights. I had a little problem with getting the Assioma Favero Power Meter pedals t sync with the Garmin Edge 1030, it took me 4 miles before the I was able to see the ride on Garmin after creating a new sync account. I also have a new Aero TT and Road Bike helmet for its first ride. It was very airy but quiet, I like the feel VS. my old Racing Aero helmet, it also much lighter... This is a major plus as it was much easier on my neck and easier to see up the road! Being so windy I didn't the resistance on my head, but then again I never felt much air resistance from my head, only time will tell. This ride was to test my lung recovery, I kept my breathing as easy as possible, I wasn't coughing after the ride. I may miss the next few days due to burning the candle from both ends until I catch up on sleep.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
