Pivot Trail 429. Mostly cloudy with periods of sunshine, cool - in the low to mid 40's, West/NW winds @ 8-15 mph with gusts ups to 21 mph. Pretty cold feeling so I wore Winter bib tights, wool socks and a thick LS jersey - worked out well. Found out there was a day of racing going on when I got there., still going on when I left 3+ hours later. They closed down most of the Founders Loop and ran the races on the first part and then the meadow grasslands. So I did most of my riding on Big Wheel (4 laps) and the North Blue trails ( 2 laps in each loop for a total of 8. Finished off with some of the Prairie trails and a bit of the Marsh that wasn't flooded. I saw around 18 other cyclists out on the trails. All the trails I rode were in great shape as usual - tacky and grippy. First time doing all the upper North trails in quite a while and the Pivot rode great. Stopped by Old Towne in Wasco on the way home
