Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I did not sleep well last night (woke up at 2:30 am wide awake; had to wake up at 4:00 am for the long run, so didn't really fall asleep again.) Stayed in bed reading until it was time. Legs and abs felt tired but not sore after yesterday. I was expecting to have to stay at the lower end of my watt ranges, so I really surprised myself when not only was I having an easy time with the higher end of my watts, I also completely nailed my cadence! The route looks funky because I'm still doing recon of the area and figuring out how far I can go in x amount of time while also connecting the dots between each street. (Most do connect to one another.) We can literally access downtown in both directions, which is super, super cool. I cannot get over how elated I am about the spot where we've ended up living.
Ran past that little house in the pic and had to stop to take a photo: that's totally my kind of house. It's so perfect. Small, with a tiny porch, one level, and a real yard.
Also included a photo of the bedroom. It's enormous. That's only 2/3rds of it. I just started putting up artwork in the apartment and it's beginning to feel like home. Zombie agrees: he's finally hanging out on top of the bed like he normally does, instead of underneath it, like he was for the first couple of days.
