Oregon Outback April 2026

6 days 360 miles

OC&E section was tedious due to frequent gates to open and some pasture and field riding, but tolerable
We encountered severe impassable blow-down at the upper Woods section, milepost 66 and were forced to bushwack to the rejoin the route at forest road 27. FIND an alternate route!!!
The is a cutoff the east at mile 63 that leads to forest road 27 that probably would have saved us lots of struggle.
Remainder of the ride delightful.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
