Ant and Zoe are back from their respective travels and wanted to do an easy ride. Zoe also had to pick something up from work and it ended up being much bigger than she expected.
Robin joined us on her new Brompton that she won when she became Brompton World Champion. She is legally obligated to ride it all the time for a full year - commutes, road, gravel, MTB, you name it! 🤣
I worked it out so I could grab some slices for lunch at Speederia and meet there.
The forecast said it was going to be sunny and warm but the most of the ride was windy, overcast, and a little chilly. I guess I should've looked at the Palo Alto forecast as well because once I got back to RWC and north, it was sunny and warm. Although the headwind heading home was the worst of the whole ride.
We were talking about doing a snack stop on the ride as well as talked about donuts. We didn't end up doing that but on the way home, I passed right by Donut King so I had to stop for some.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
