KMS-Union-Marengo North Loop 8-04-19

Emonda. Sunny, warm and humid, very mild 4 mph variable North wind. Gorgeous day that got pretty warm as the ride progressed. Water stop in Union followed by food and water stop in Marengo. Fairly hilly for the first 40 miles, this was a nice route with some new roads just North of Union and Marengo. Did some high speed pull intervals on the return (1 to 2 minute high speed followed by 3-4 minute rest intervals).

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
