20260511‗🚴モリコロパークでサイクリング

久々のモリコロパークのサイクリングです。
調べてみたら昨年の10月以降来ていなかった。
7カ月ぶりです。
コースの営業を確認、9:00～の営業です。

2週間の天気予報を見ると週末は30℃を超える真夏日です。
明日は、公園が休園なので今日にします。
いつものように香流川石田橋からスタートします。
モリコロパーク入口のシゴキ坂、息が切れます。
いつもは2速か3速で上りますが、今日は1速まで落とします。
スタートして33分でモリコロパークへ到着します。
ここから徒歩でサイクリングコースへ向かう途中「本日閉鎖」の看板です。
直ぐに係員が来て看板が撤去されます。
持ち込み自転車名簿へ記入してスタートします。
後半の上りへ入ると筋肉が悲鳴をあげます。
今日は1周回で帰りました。

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
