The lower trails are fun and flowing. The upper section gets worse and un rideable in sections. Very rocky and difficult to impossible to ride it. I thought it would improve when reaching the marked "road". But boy was I wrong. It turned into a rutted cow trail through rocks. Not rideable at all in sections and I had to walk a large portion. Then when back to the lower trails, the fun and flowing returned again. Stay in the lower section if you want a fun ride. There is an actual paved road running through the center that goes to all the trailhead parking lots. Looks like a popular place for horseback riding. I got here early enough that I didn’t see any horses. But when I got back to the parking lot, there were a few horse trailers.
