A beautiful day, low humidity, but getting hot as the day went on. Started a little later than originally planned. We parked in the shade in lot A2 so Amy can do a call at 2 pm. Amy did the first figure 8 loop and I did one more. Had to stop at the rest room at the Conservancy first. Second loop I was really dragging, especially after Antler Village, riding into the wind before the Deer Park hill, where I started to tire, and then I kind of bonked up the road to the Biltmore House. My hammy started hurting and my feet hurt because I needed some moleskin, perhaps my shoes were too tight, and my lower back and butt hurt as well, probably from carrying too much stuff the day before. Even though I took two advil on the ride over.
