George Ganoung wrote Power-Tap Felt pretty lousy but not too concerned. This often happens during a transition period and plus weather has been wacky (I ended up going on the trainer last minute since it was below freezing this morning after a week or two of 40s and 50s) and its always a toss up how I feel after two days and DC and trying to do a hard workout on Wed morning. I think just a combo of things. Didn't feel extra fatigued, just really sluggish and HR and power were low relative to effort. Just one of those inexplicable off days, I may have been better off going later in the day and maybe something I can switch things around to account for in the future depending on what is going on . I made it through most of one 20 minute effort but it just wasn't happening and I wasn't feeling any better as I went so I skipped the second. ***

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
