Rainy morning, slept in due to the rain lighting up around 10am. went for coffee then came back to pack up my wet tent. found out that there is a nice smooth bike path for over 50 Miles righ into Missoula! Beautiful ride in with the mountains and clouds, meet a few bikers going the other way. Then the rain came again, stop at a restaurant to wait it out, which worked out. There was only a light drizzle once I got back on the bike. staying at a KOA tonight. I picked the wrong weekend for Missoula to the storm just won't go away and there is no lodging under 300 dollars due to all the events going on. I will just keep camping and will hopefully get better weather in the next few days as I start riding west. went to the adventure cycling headquarters, really wish it would have been open would have been cool to look around inside. Doing a very short day tomorrow because of weather and some work I have to do. meeting my brother tomorrow! He is going to ride with me from Lolo Pass down to Lowell.
