"Often the start of the race is the hardest part of the whole day. This workout will highlight the impact of a hard start on the body." I knew going in that this one would be hard and that I likely wouldn't be able to sustain the long near-to-above FTP intervals after the aforementioned hard start. So I wisely did not try. I stayed within myself, pushing hard but not beyond the bounds of reason. It still hurt. For variety, I located the workout in Innsbruck, not that I was doing much sightseeing or looking at anything other than my bottom bracket. I did level up to the magical Level 10, so now I can go bungle in the jungle or climb Alpe du Zwift! Joy!

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
