The weather is very nice. In the 70's, winds from the North West. I wore the standard summer kit. The legs felt ok to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. The Banducci Wall went as normal. There was a headwind, so I was doing overtime. More of the same on the Arosa climb. The landmarks came and went. So so on the patience. I was near max going over the top. I zipped around the backside and had fun on the descent. I made my way to the summit of Banducci. I made it there in average time. I took a few moments to recover and then headed back down the mountain. It was mostly safe and quick with a tailwind. Descending off the Banducci wall was careful. There was turbulent wind conditions, so I was feathering the brakes. Descending off OTR was relaxing. I pushed over Mariposa and Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. The morale was on the positive side. Perhaps a bit of impatience here and there. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. The usual hand soreness. The muscles and joints were ok. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
Edit: I got out later than I would have liked.
