A really great cycle , but long and very tiring so I gladly had the shower .I forgot to put the H/H on measuring for about a mile so when coming back I started it about a mile from Connolly . When coming back I was on too early a train but got on anyhow and had to go from one end of the carraige to the other with the bike on its wheel. The bike storage were taken up so I asked who owners were and this French couple said they did . No way would they let me squeeze my bike in with theirs - it can be done. They seemed to think that they would be getting off the train before Dublin . They seemed to think that Connolly Stn was different that Dublin Stn but trying to explain that to them was difficult . Then I had the bike at the entrance area but the door had to be accesable . Anyway I got home in one piece. As I said the cycle was lovely and the weather was just OK with a bit of wind and I at last found the tunnell under the M1 beside Drogheda . I also went into this ruin beside Navan and the road just before the Tunnel was georgeous . Anyway a lovely cycle . I also went on the Sligo train - I was meant to just go on the train to Maynooth and back . The Sligo train went to Enfield , which was where I had origionally meant to go but I could not get on as it said I could not but when I got on it was not full - its a mystery. Anyway a fantastic cycle
