Titled after the fourth track on Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros' 2003 album, "Streetcore", this pedal is Trek #4 of the Streetcore Series.
Didn't exactly get my arms aloft (being this was NOT NE Scotland in which I was pedaling), but engaged in bettering my pedalstroke thanks to longtime friend from childhood, Dennis, who acted as mentor. Basically, he made comment on how I could improve my tendency to pogo-stick pedal by shifting into next higher gear and sustaining that more-difficult cadence for extended periods. We tried it out on segments throughout ride, but fully engaged it on a 2-mile sprint down ECR: While I wanted to register it on the RwGPS Segment Time Clock, we did the sprint on the southbound return rather than the initial northbound, so my slower & relaxed ride north clocked at 8:22 (good enough for 52nd in the rankings), but I pencil-calculated the actual sprint at 7:16, so somehow "only" shaved 1:06 "pedaling smarter"... Always deeper work to do, but I commend DT for the Pro Tips he was willing to share from his own development and experience.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
