帶著單車上蚺蛇尖,對上一次已經是 2008 http://www.foooooot.com/trip/3403/ 的事了。之後每年都有想過,總是有這樣那樣的原因而沒有實行。這次則因為對上兩個星期上了雞公嶺,當時在微信發了一張相,有車友問:「蚺蛇尖?」,於是再次挑起條筋,趁天熱前要上一次蚺蛇。但係組隊過程不太順利,好幾位車友都有不同的原因而不能參加,最後只有美孚安答應。
天氣預測,從星期初開始,都是有微雨,到星期六才開始好天。但係實際上,是期六晚上又有綿密的微雨。八號早上收到阿安的訊息,商量是否取消?這兩個星期雖然都是間中有雨,但都是稍遲就會天色明朗,我對天氣預測仍然有信心,照常出發。
今天整天都是陰天,有霧,作夜雖曾下雨,山徑的狀況倒是不差,沒影響上蚺蛇的山徑,倒是落山的路線,偶然有部份仍然濕滑。
我因為好多年無到過蚺蛇,對於落山之後的路線不太熟悉,都是依靠阿安帶路,因為他多條落山路線都踩過了。
這次路線是先落長咀,大浪咀,之後是大浪四灣。途中好多扛車上落,穿越樹叢,非常消耗體力,極少抽筋的我,離開大浪咀上山途中,開始輕微的抽筋。比較奇怪的是抽筋位置,是左小腿前外側,接著不久是右腳三隻小腳趾。稍稍休息後,仍然能繼續行程。
好順利到達咸田灣,驚見咸田灣的殘橋地標,縮短了超過一半,另一半已被沙掩埋,變成沙灘,出海的小溪亦收窄了。
離開大浪西灣往吹筒坳途中,自知體能已消耗的八八九,回程的路上都是車路,不想拖遲阿安回家,我請他不用等我,我自己慢慢的踩回去。時間晚了,GPS耗盡電力,只記錄到吹筒坳前。
在西灣路上,左大腿後面有抽筋跡像,收慢速度,慢慢踩著就沒事了。後來感覺越來越好,但係也不想太夜返歸,放棄踩回烏溪沙,在北潭涌乘的士到烏溪沙轉火車。
這次活動的成行,特別要多謝阿安的帶領,並耐心等候,感激。
這路線比我 08 年第一次長和艱辛好多,那次是落大灣,咸田,回赤徑離開。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
